Explorons quelques mythes sur l'autocompassion et voyons comment elle peut \u00eatre un moyen de devenir plus fort et en meilleure sant\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe un certain nombre de mythes sur l'autocompassion. Le premier est que l'autocompassion nous rend faibles et moins aptes \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la situation. La recherche montre qu'elle implique effectivement notre faiblesse et notre vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, mais qu'elle nous renforce en modifiant positivement notre \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel et en nous faisant passer du d\u00e9ni \u00e0 la gestion des \u00e9motions perturbatrices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D'autres pensent que l'auto-compassion nous rend complaisants ou d\u00e9motiv\u00e9s. En fait, la compassion nous donne la capacit\u00e9 de faire face \u00e0 notre manque de motivation d'une mani\u00e8re saine, qui reconna\u00eet nos regrets et nous lib\u00e8re de l'emprise de ceux-ci. De mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l'aspect valorisant de l'autocompassion est, \u00e0 long terme, un facteur de motivation nettement plus fort que les critiques n\u00e9gatives. Ce n'est pas que l'autocompassion n'implique aucune critique. C'est plut\u00f4t le ton particulier de l'approche qui rend l'autocompassion si efficace envers soi-m\u00eame et, par extension, envers les autres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un autre mythe veut que l'autocompassion soit \u00e0 la fois \u00e9go\u00efste et un exercice d'apitoiement sur soi. En ce qui concerne l'\u00e9go\u00efsme, l'autocompassion est une sorte d'attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame qui aide \u00e0 sortir de l'\u00e9go\u00efsme. L'aspect non critique de l'autocompassion peut \u00e0 la fois calmer les pr\u00e9occupations \u00e9gocentriques et ouvrir \u00e0 un sentiment partag\u00e9 de gentillesse envers les autres. Appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'apitoiement sur soi, l'autocompassion est en fait un antidote \u00e0 l'apitoiement sur soi, nous rendant plus dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 accepter nos sentiments difficiles et nous permettant ainsi de les traiter plus facilement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revenons \u00e0 notre notion initiale de compassion et d'autocompassion - traiter les autres comme nous aimerions \u00eatre trait\u00e9s ou nous traiter nous-m\u00eames comme nous traiterions un bon ami.... Je vous invite \u00e0 prendre un moment pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce que cela signifierait pour vous. Tout d'abord, quelle est la norme de gentillesse et de respect par laquelle vous aimeriez \u00eatre trait\u00e9 ? Traitez-vous les autres selon cette norme ? Vous ne pouvez pas contr\u00f4ler la fa\u00e7on dont les autres agissent, mais vous pouvez fixer une norme avec vos propres actions en fonction de ce que vous aimeriez en retour, et vous pouvez nourrir les relations qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 cette norme \u00e0 votre avantage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, imaginez que vous vous traitez comme vous traiteriez un ami en cas de besoin. Pour tester cela, il suffit de penser \u00e0 un bon ami qui s'est trouv\u00e9 dans ce type de situation et de se souvenir de la mani\u00e8re dont vous lui avez parl\u00e9. Si l'amour vache a sa place, lorsque quelqu'un souffre vraiment, lui offrez-vous de l'amour vache ou plut\u00f4t une oreille attentive ? \u00c0 l'inverse, rappelez-vous une situation difficile \u00e0 laquelle vous \u00eates confront\u00e9 ou avez \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment et dont vous vous \u00eates adress\u00e9 \u00e0 un ami ou \u00e0 un membre de votre famille pour en parler. Comment vous a-t-il parl\u00e9 ? Probablement d'une mani\u00e8re r\u00e9confortante qui lui \u00e9tait propre. Et si vous vous imaginiez vous-m\u00eame dans une situation difficile, sans personne \u00e0 qui parler ? Pourquoi ne pas \u00eatre cet ami compatissant, bienveillant et valide pour vous-m\u00eame, en vous parlant comme une voix souffrante et compatissante \u00e0 la fois ? C'est l'essence m\u00eame de l'autocompassion, qui, comme toute comp\u00e9tence, requiert de la pratique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je vous souhaite de d\u00e9velopper votre voix compatissante.
