Elle offre \u00e9galement de la stabilit\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, des avantages sociaux, une \u00e9ducation et une instruction r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es, des amiti\u00e9s ind\u00e9fectibles, de l\u2019aventure et plus encore. La vie dans la Marine peut parfois \u00eatre exigeante et difficile \u2013 elle ne convient pas \u00e0 tout le monde. C\u2019est pourquoi le nouveau Programme Exp\u00e9rience de la Marine donne aux participants la chance de conna\u00eetre la vie dans la Marine pendant un an, sans condition. Le programme permet \u00e9galement \u00e0 la Marine d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019aptitude des nouveaux participants et de leur proposer des choix de carri\u00e8re en fonction de leur r\u00e9ussite,  \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le vice-amiral Angus Topshee, commandant de la marine royale canadienne.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cmp-text\">\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Gr\u00e2ce au nouveau Programme Exp\u00e9rience de la Marine (PEM), la Marine repense sa fa\u00e7on d\u2019attirer, de recruter et d\u2019instruire les marins. L\u2019objectif du programme est simple : r\u00e9duire le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour instruire des civils en tant que marins, favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de marins qui aiment leur travail et attirer les personnes qui appr\u00e9cient le style de vie unique qu\u2019offre la Marine.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En participant au PEM, les nouvelles recrues :<\/li>\n<li>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019un enr\u00f4lement simplifi\u00e9 pour les personnes admissibles;<\/li>\n<li>recevront un salaire concurrentiel \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 celui d\u2019un poste de d\u00e9butant dans le secteur priv\u00e9, avec des rations et des logements pay\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>suivront une instruction \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire militaire de huit semaines et une instruction sur l\u2019environnement naval, \u00e0 Halifax (Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse) ou \u00e0 Esquimalt (Colombie-Britannique);<\/li>\n<li>feront l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la vie dans la Marine au sein de la flotte de l\u2019Atlantique ou du Pacifique, en tant que marin, avec du temps en mer et \u00e0 terre;<\/li>\n<li>apr\u00e8s le contrat d\u2019un an, les participants pourront choisir de continuer de servir dans la MRC, \u00e0 temps plein ou \u00e0 temps partiel, d\u2019\u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment ou de quitter la MRC, sans condition;<\/li>\n<li>les personnes qui restent seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9es dans un m\u00e9tier et poursuivront leur carri\u00e8re dans la Marine;<\/li>\n<li>les personnes qui choisissent de ne pas poursuivre leur carri\u00e8re dans la MRC ils auront v\u00e9cu une occasion extraordinaire et d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience de vie pr\u00e9cieuse \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 leur curriculum vitae.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Le PEM est l\u2019un des nombreux programmes de recrutement offerts par la Marine.
