Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les GCD ont le mandat suivant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9laborer des politiques, des proc\u00e9dures et des m\u00e9canismes li\u00e9s au recrutement, au maintien en poste et \u00e0 l\u2019instruction.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019occuper des interventions, des initiatives de sensibilisation et des plans d\u2019action relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9celer les obstacles syst\u00e9miques \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et recommander des solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Les GCD ne prennent habituellement pas les obstacles individuels en charge, \u00e0 moins que ces derniers ne soient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme syst\u00e9miques. L\u2019\u00e9limination des obstacles individuels demeure la responsabilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene de commandement.<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir et encourager une participation maximale au processus de d\u00e9claration volontaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les GCD sont des groupes dirig\u00e9s par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles compos\u00e9s d\u2019un champion (haute direction), de deux co-pr\u00e9sidents (militaires et civils) et de membres militaires et civils de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense. Vous n\u2019avez pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un GCD en particulier pour \u00eatre un membre actif. Pour ce faire, le GCPRD contribue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques li\u00e9es au recrutement, au maintien en poste et \u00e0 l\u2019instruction, d\u00e9c\u00e8le les obstacles syst\u00e9miques \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et recommande des solutions concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Le GCPRD des FMAR(A) s\u2019emploie \u00e0 instaurer un dialogue positif entre les membres de la communaut\u00e9 des minorit\u00e9s visibles de la D\u00e9fense, ainsi qu\u2019entre ces membres et ceux du MDN\/des FAC dans leur ensemble. Le GCPRD n\u2019interviendra pas dans des cas individuels o\u00f9 sont subies des conditions d\u00e9savantageuses, puisque ces cas sont pris en charge par d\u2019autres ressources ou par des bureaux \u00e0 qui cette responsabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 conf\u00e9r\u00e9e. Les personnes qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 cette vision de la culture en pleine \u00e9volution au MDN et dans les FAC le font puisqu\u2019elles comprennent que notre force, notre efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter les valeurs canadiennes que nous sommes appel\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre en d\u00e9pendent. Le manque de respect et de valorisation pousse les gens \u00e0 chercher ailleurs un travail plus gratifiant et favorable. Ainsi, la coh\u00e9sion et les atouts de l\u2019\u00e9quipe enti\u00e8re s\u2019\u00e9rodent, puisque des contributions pr\u00e9cieuses sont perdues.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OCFD a pour but d\u2019offrir aux femmes et aux hommes du MDN et des FAC une tribune gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 laquelle ils peuvent offrir leurs efforts et leurs talents en vue de nouer des liens avec les membres de la direction, leurs coll\u00e8gues et leurs subalternes, et de les conseiller. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019aider \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes syst\u00e9miques qui peuvent nuire \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 du MDN et des FAC de tirer parti de la pleine contribution que les femmes peuvent apporter en vue de faire du MDN et des FAC des organisations solides, efficaces et repr\u00e9sentatives des diff\u00e9rents groupes. Il est crucial de donner cette voix aux employ\u00e9s et aux militaires en vue de compl\u00e9ter les renseignements dont les dirigeants et les personnes concern\u00e9es ont besoin pour la prise de d\u00e9cisions touchant notre milieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Il est temps de traiter objectivement les questions qui concernent les femmes et compromettent leur emploi au sein du MDN et des FAC par la mise en place d\u2019un processus et de moyens permettant d\u2019aborder ces questions. L\u2019OCFD s\u2019efforce d\u2019offrir un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019expression proactif offrant de multiples possibilit\u00e9s de contribution qui fait en sorte que les responsables des politiques, les chefs de projet et les autres personnes concern\u00e9es entendent les femmes et tiennent compte de leurs avis relativement aux politiques et aux programmes. Les membres de l\u2019OCFEDA remplissent un r\u00f4le consultatif aupr\u00e8s des membres de la haute direction du MDN et des FAC dans la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Atlantique. Ils g\u00e8rent les programmes de l\u2019initiative Espace positif et font la promotion des ressources et des activit\u00e9s de sensibilisation li\u00e9es \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQ2+ aupr\u00e8s de notre effectif local. la D\u00e9fense pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es (GCDPH) de la r\u00e9gion de Halifax est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail des personnes handicap\u00e9es et de favoriser une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des questions relatives aux personnes handicap\u00e9es au sein de la formation et des unit\u00e9s h\u00e9berg\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le Groupe consultatif donne \u00e9galement des conseils et des id\u00e9es aux hauts dirigeants civils et militaires sur des questions relatives \u00e0 la repr\u00e9sentation et au traitement \u00e9quitables des personnes handicap\u00e9es au sein de la formation et des unit\u00e9s h\u00e9berg\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le GCDPH de la r\u00e9gion de Halifax peut traiter de diff\u00e9rentes questions, par exemple :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Relever et \u00e9changer des renseignements sur les probl\u00e8mes syst\u00e9miques qui touchent les personnes handicap\u00e9es au sein de la formation et des unit\u00e9s h\u00e9berg\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Examiner
