{"id":16483,"date":"2026-06-04T10:49:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-04T13:49:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tridentnewspaper.com\/?page_id=16483"},"modified":"2026-06-04T10:49:55","modified_gmt":"2026-06-04T13:49:55","slug":"combatant-training-and-integration-centre-atlantic-ctic-a","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tridentnewspaper.com\/fr\/combatant-training-and-integration-centre-atlantic-ctic-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Centre d\u2019instruction au combat et d\u2019int\u00e9gration (Atlantique) (CICI[A])"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Contexte<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La construction prochaine du Centre d\u2019instruction au combat et d\u2019int\u00e9gration (Atlantique) (CICI[A]), une nouvelle installation d\u2019instruction \u00e0 la BFC Halifax, a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/ministere-defense-nationale\/nouvelles\/2023\/11\/le-ministre-blair-annonce-des-investissements-dans-le-domaine-de-la-defense-a-halifax-lors-du-15e-forum-dhalifax-sur-la-securite-internationale.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">annonce<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en novembre 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le CICI(A)  sera une installation de soutien op\u00e9rationnel et d\u2019instruction collaborative, dont les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019instruction de pointe pr\u00e9pareront les marins canadiens \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la future flotte de destroyers de la classe Fleuves et rivi\u00e8res, la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de navires de guerre de la Marine royale canadienne (MRC). L\u2019installation constituera un centre d\u2019excellence en mati\u00e8re de combat, qui permettra des changements technologiques rapides gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement efficace des capacit\u00e9s, ainsi qu\u2019un environnement d\u2019instruction s\u00e9curis\u00e9 pour l\u2019instruction individuelle et collective classifi\u00e9e, dot\u00e9 de simulateurs avanc\u00e9s pour la guerre sous-marine, de surface et a\u00e9ronavale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le CICI(A) sera construit sur le terrain Porteous. Ce site a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi, puisqu\u2019il r\u00e9pond aux exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019installation, entra\u00eene un minimum de perturbations op\u00e9rationnelles \u00e9tant situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d\u2019autres installations d\u2019instruction de la MRC, et convient pour les raccordements de services publics ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les points
