{"id":13258,"date":"2024-08-27T16:44:48","date_gmt":"2024-08-27T19:44:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tridentnewspaper.com\/?page_id=13258"},"modified":"2024-08-27T16:49:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T19:49:24","slug":"public-service-announcement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tridentnewspaper.com\/fr\/public-service-announcement\/","title":{"rendered":"Message d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Des restrictions visant l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien et l\u2019acc\u00e8s public au port d\u2019Halifax sont en vigueur \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du C\u00f4t\u00e9 Sud, Shearwater<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le 27 ao\u00fbt 2024 \u2013 Halifax \u2013 D\u00e9fense nationale\/Marine royale canadienne<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les Forces maritimes de l\u2019Atlantique souhaitent informer le public du fait que des restrictions visant l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien et l\u2019acc\u00e8s public au port d\u2019Halifax sont en vigueur \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du C\u00f4t\u00e9 Sud, Shearwater jusqu\u2019au 6 septembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Restriction de l\u2019acc\u00e8s du public dans la zone d\u2019acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9 de Shearwater<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des zones d\u2019acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9 ordonn\u00e9es par le gouvernement du Canada existent \u00e0 plusieurs endroits dans le port d\u2019Halifax. Ces zones tampons visent \u00e0 assurer la s\u00fbret\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des navires de la MRC et des navires des forces en visite, ainsi que des installations du minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense nationale (MDN) et du personnel de l\u2019\u00c9quipe de la D\u00e9fense en place dans ces zones. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces zones peut \u00eatre restreint ou bloqu\u00e9 au besoin en raison des exigences en mati\u00e8re de protection\/s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la force.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jusqu\u2019au 6 septembre, les embarcations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du MDN surveilleront de pr\u00e8s la zone d\u2019acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9 de Shearwater pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019un navire en visite. Les membres du public, en particulier les utilisateurs et les conducteurs d\u2019embarcations de plaisance, ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans cette zone. Les personnes et les navires qui entrent dans la zone d\u2019acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9 de Shearwater ou qui en sortent sans autorisation peuvent, \u00e0 la demande d\u2019un membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du MDN, \u00eatre tenus de se soumettre \u00e0 une fouille de leur personne ou de tout bien ou objet qui rel\u00e8ve de leur contr\u00f4le. Les services d\u2019urgence ne seront pas concern\u00e9s par cette mesure d\u2019acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Restriction de l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien pour les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019a\u00e9ronefs t\u00e9l\u00e9pilot\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">usqu\u2019au 6 septembre \u00e0 20 h 59 (HAA), les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019a\u00e9ronefs t\u00e9l\u00e9pilot\u00e9s (SATP), y compris les microdrones, n\u2019auront pas le droit de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien suivant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du C\u00f4t\u00e9 Sud, Shearwater :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>L\u2019espace a\u00e9rien s\u2019\u00e9tendant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0,5 mille marin de 44 37 40 N, 063 31 22 O, de la surface \u00e0 1 000 pieds au-dessus du niveau moyen de la mer (AMSL).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019autorisation de Transports Canada et \u00e0 l\u2019article 5.1 de la Loi sur l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique, des avis aux navigants (NOTAM) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits pour activer ces zones d\u2019exclusion propres aux SATP. Les autres a\u00e9ronefs et les services d\u2019urgence ne seront pas touch\u00e9s par ces restrictions de l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien. \u00c0 l\u2019exception des activit\u00e9s pour les services de police et les incendies, aucune autre utilisation de SATP n\u2019est permise dans les zones d\u00e9crites, sauf avec l\u2019autorisation du Centre r\u00e9gional d\u2019op\u00e9rations interarm\u00e9es (Atlantique), 902-427-2501.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Se tenir \u00e0 bonne distance pendant le passage au port<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les exploitants d\u2019embarcations et de SATP doivent respecter les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8res du pays du navire en visite en gardant leurs embarcations et leurs drones \u00e0 bonne distance du navire pendant son passage au port d\u2019Halifax. Les embarcations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du MDN escorteront le navire pendant son passage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">-30-<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13262\"
