HMCS St John’s returned home from a 6-month deployment Op REASSURANCE on July 17. Hundreds of friends and family turned out at HMC Dockyard to greet the sailors for the homecoming, and SLt Tristan Lapointe added even more excitement to the occasion by proposing to his girlfriend Gabrielle Lambert after disembarking for the traditional first kiss (she said yes, of course).
